Terms of sale
Who you buy from
The products are made by David Bass, Bellevueplatz 5, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland ("we"). Payments run on Stripe with Managed Payments, which makes Stripe the merchant of record: Stripe's checkout shows the seller and payment terms that apply to the transaction, and Stripe collects sales tax and VAT.
What you get
Digital downloads, described on the offer page at the time you buy. Nothing physical is shipped. The licence file inside each download sets what you may do with the files. You may not resell or share them.
What you need
The products run on tools you pay for yourself, listed on the offer page under "What you need". Those tools have their own terms and prices, and their makers can change them.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are charged once, with no subscription. Tax is shown at Stripe's checkout where it applies. Receipts come from Link, and your card statement shows LINK.COM followed by a descriptor.
Delivery
After payment you land on a download page. Its address is your personal link, so save it and keep it private. If you lose it, email [email protected] from the address you paid with.
Refunds
Guarantee: 14 days. If the example episode does not render on your machine, email us and you get your money back. Email [email protected] from the address you paid with and say what happened. The 14 days start on the day you buy.
Stripe may also refund a purchase within 60 days in some cases, and customers can ask Link support for a refund. Rights you have under the law where you live stay as they are.
Results
Nobody can promise views, followers or income. The numbers on this site are ours, from one channel, on the dates shown.
Responsibility
You are responsible for what you publish with these tools, including the rules of each platform and the licences of any sound, voice or image you use. Liability is limited as far as the law allows. Liability for intent and gross negligence stays.
Law
Swiss law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in stay in force.
