Privacy policy

This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, for visitors in the EU and EEA, the GDPR.

What we store

Your answers to the questions. They stay in your browser for the current tab and are never sent to us. They disappear when you close the tab.

Waitlist. If you ask to be told when the kit opens, we store your email address and the date. We use it for that message only. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by emailing us. We delete the list once the message has gone out.

Orders. If you buy, we store your email address, what you bought, the price, the Stripe session reference and a private download link. The legal basis is the contract with you. We keep this for as long as bookkeeping law requires, which in Switzerland is ten years.

Server logs. Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies of its own.

Who processes your data

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, the order database and the product files, and delivers the email with your download link.

Stripe and Link. Stripe runs the checkout as merchant of record and collects your payment details directly. We never see your card number. Link sends your receipt. Their own privacy policies apply to what they do as merchant of record.

Both companies may process data outside Switzerland and the EEA, including in the United States, under the safeguards they publish.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. In the EU and EEA you can also object, ask for restriction and take your data with you. Email [email protected]. You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or to the authority where you live.

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page.
